What's new? The Palisades Virtuosi (NJ) recently commissioned and performed a new work by Aaron, Be Aware of Wonder. Five years ago, the group's first commissioned work was Aaron's Lepidopterology [2003]. They have since recorded that piece for Albany Records - check it out on iTunes! Aaron is planning a recital in New York City in the coming months, featuring world premieres of new chamber works, the debut of his latest band, and more... On other fronts, Aaron has signed on with the St. Paul Chamber Orchestra to write program notes for their 2008-09 concert season. He continues to serve as Program Annotator for the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra and Columbia Artist Management, Inc. artists such as Anne-Sophie Mutter and the Kirov Orchestra.
